Weaving Artistry and Science

His first twelve years in the labour market included him working as hand letterer, wood sign carver and graphic illustrator. Then at the age of 27, Adornetto returned to school, trained as a building draftsman and immediately after completing his studies, opened an architecture studio that specializes in the design and construction of exceptional single-family homes. He has been practicing since 1995 and still passionately today.

Now in his fifties, a new artistic impulse has been added to Adornetto expression. He makes unique works only with spatulas and knives on large canvases.

His subjects are animals in explosions of colour with relief and emotion, abstract and figurative, hard and tender at the same time. Transmitting pure passion. Mario Adornetto’s works can be found in private collections in several North American cities, in the USA, New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles as well as in Europe: Italy, France and Belgium.
